Returns & Exchanges
Total Papers will accept returns or exchanges for online sales within 15 days of the purchase date.
Please take note of the following for returns:
- All eligible product returns must be returned in its original packaging and in re-salable condition. Individual product pack wrapping must be intact and unopened.
- All customer returns are responsible for return shipping fees to the origin warehouse. Additionally, a 25% restocking fee will be assessed.
- Any associated shipping or processing fees will not be refunded.
- Refunds are processed once returned products are received and confirmed at a Total Papers warehouse.
Total Papers will NOT accept returns for wholesale purchases after customer receives goods/products.
